We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative – Entry Level to join our growing team! This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with people, want hands-on experience, and are motivated to make a positive social impact . No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events, outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives

• Provide exceptional customer service while engaging donors, supporters, and the public

• Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and inspire community involvement

• Maintain donor relationships and contribute to campaign growth

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and positive public interactions

• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented

• Interest in nonprofits, advocacy, community work, or fundraising

• Comfortable working in busy public environments

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No experience required — paid training provided
