About the Role

• Conduct client consultations to assess HR needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide expert advice on HR best practices and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Contribute to HR audit and compliance projects.
• Assist in Mediation and Employee Grievance Resolution.
• Deliver high-quality HR services in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Work closely with the Proactive HRM Solutions team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the creation of HR Policies and Strategies.
• Aid in the Talent Acquisition process
• Develop Training Materials and Content and conduct training sessions.

Contract Terms:

• This is a contract position with flexible hours.
• Compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
• Contract duration will be determined based on project needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR consultant or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
