Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager who is fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to manage and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards
• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and common areas meet quality standards
• Communicate effectively with other departments to accommodate guest needs and requests
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle inventory, budgeting, and cost control measures
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
