Job Description

The Monument Square Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is currently seeking a Group Business Associate for our Warrington, PA Branch office. The main responsibilities would include managing calendars, scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and preparation of reports for the department. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset in order to stay steps ahead of business needs. The Group Business Associate will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings.

Candidates should be effective and detail-oriented communicators.

Responsibilities: (General duties include but are not limited to the following)

• Maintain schedule for an 8-person team
• Answer phones and take messages
• Manage and book conference room requests
• Welcome and greet guests
• Assist brokers and support staff on special projects

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience working as a receptionist or scheduler in a corporate environment preferred but not required
• Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
• Interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
• Must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks
