Global Accounts Payable Specialist - REMOTE!
We are assisting a software company in their search for a Global Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Procure to Pay (P2P) team. As their organization continues to grow, this role will play a crucial part in building a scalable global procurement strategy.
The P2P team is comprised of motivated, high-performing individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multinational company within a global P2P framework. The Accounts Payable Team is responsible for processing invoices, managing exception handling, resolving complex purchase order issues, and providing hands-on support for various invoicing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code expenses.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage correspondence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vendor invoices and employee expenses.
• Process requests for new vendors.
• Obtain W9 forms for new vendors and ensure necessary approvals before payment processing.
• Manage company credit card expenses, including documentation collection and expense coding.
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct various reconciliations as needed (e.g., credit card and company accounts).
• Support Accounts Payable functions for international subsidiaries.
• Assist in 1099 preparation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly metric reports.
• Ensure team service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics are met, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of global Accounts Payable experience.
  • Proficient in Coupa, NetSuite, Concur, Floqast, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) is a plus!
