Our team is growing and looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Office Administrator. This is an entry level position within our company that can lead to other roles as the right candidates skill set and experience develop over time.
The Front Receptionist at Capstone is the first person our clients see and speak with therefore, a strong customer service background is mandatory. Our team prides itself on its strong customer service focus and this person will in many ways be the face of that excellent customer experience.
**This job will consist of:**
Answering and redirecting phone calls
Organizing online files
Assisting the Team with administrative tasks
Clerical work and processing of HOA violations
Receive letters, packages, etc and distribute them
Check and respond to emails
Prepare outgoing mail
**This person will:**
Be good at managing their time
Have a friendly and courteous disposition
Be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Have the ability to wear many hats and not be limited by job titles
Experience working in an office
Knowledge of office management and basic booking keeping
Strong communication and people skills
Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation required
Real Estate experience or license a plus
**This person will have the ability to:**
Maintain strict confidentiality on restricted information, files, and records
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors, communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Acquire a working knowledge of real estate and property management
Ability to pass a background check
