The Franchise Business Consultant will support a territory of franchisees by coaching, counseling, consulting, and training franchisees in all aspects of our business model. The Franchise Business Consultant will also model the Swig culture by fostering a culture of accountability that is positive, proactive, and professional.

The Franchise Business Consultant is a Hybrid/Remote position.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Maintain a productive schedule of in-field visits and regular calls with franchise owners.
• Support franchisee revenue growth and profitability, by setting achievable goals that are in-line with our corporate KPI’s.
• Support and influence franchise owners to follow Swig brand, sales, operations, and finance/accounting standards.
• Coach and mentor franchise owners on company growth initiatives and new business development opportunities.
• Teach franchises how to leverage their budget, Business Plan templates, and monitor their performance through our Field Visit Assessment.
• Work with franchise owners to develop their workforce and maintain appropriate staffing, on-going training process through their growth cycle.
• Consult with franchise owners to better understand financial statements and develop yearly budgets that reflect the goals for their business.
• Proactively counsel franchise owners that are not executing the model, achieving desired results, begin trending toward default, or non-compliance.
• Facilitate new franchisee onboarding training, franchise performance groups, and other owner programs that enhance franchise owner business acumen.
• Commit to assisting for 10 days at new store openings for the franchise partner
• Work collaboratively with Support Center departments to enhance Franchisee satisfaction.
• Document each franchise visit and sensitive communications in the appropriate file storage location(s).
• Travel 40-50% of time (with overnight stays) to assigned franchise locations.
