Description Join Our Team at Southside Market & Barbeque! Are you authentic, driven, and passionate about good BBQ? At Southside Market & Barbeque, we're looking for the right people to join our team and help us serve delicious, authentic BBQ in a unique, quick-service, cafeteria-style setting.
About Us We're not your typical fast food or full-service restaurant. Our guests are greeted by our Ice Cream/Market attendant, order at the counter with our Guest Service Rep, and by the time they reach the register, their food is ready to enjoy. We're in the people business and just happen to serve great BBQ.

Our Positions We currently have four restaurant locations, with a fifth opening soon! We're always looking for bright talent to join our team. Here are some of the positions we offer:
•Cashier •Floor Attendant (Busser)•Dishwasher •Meat Market Attendant •Meat Cutter •Pit Cook •Prep Cook •Guest Service (Order Taker)•Plates Attendant We invest in our team members through cross-training and provide numerous opportunities for growth and advancement as we continue to expand.
Qualifications General:
•Texas Food Handlers Certificate (required before the first day of employment)•TABC Certification (required for all Cashiers 18 years or older)•Fluency in English Specific: Qualifications will vary depending on the position. We hire for both Front of the House (FOH) & Back of the House (BOH) roles, as well as positions in our warehouse, plant, processing, and shipping departments.
