The Opportunity

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) role functions as a reimbursement resource for current and future Cleerly customers. The FRM collaborates closely with Sales and Implementation Teams to provide remote and in?person customer support, educating billing staff on coding, reimbursement, prior authorizations, appeals, and related topics across all sites of service. The FRM also works with clients to provide education on payer policies, coverage criteria, reimbursement, and patient access.

Responsibilities


  • Direct customer engagement through in?person or online meetings.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of all market access and reimbursement information related to Cleerly products in all settings of care.
  • Utilize Cleerly resources and tools for customer assistance.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on coding, coverage, and reimbursement nuances and how to communicate to customers per compliance standards.
  • Collaborate cross?functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to meet customer reimbursement needs across all phases of the sales process.
  • Educate new and potential customers on patient access, reimbursement, and coding for Cleerly products.
  • Assess payer coverage policies for changes and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain client relationships and KOL development for payer engagement.
  • Assist Market Access Directors with maintaining payer policy data.
  • Educate clients (including third?party billers) on payer coverage topics, patient selection criteria, billing, coding, and reimbursement.
  • Work directly with new customer billing and coding teams to educate on prior authorizations, coding, coverage criteria, and other reimbursement topics.
  • Initiate regular scheduled communications with customers and billing staff to assess issues and provide education.
  • Assist customers with utilizing Cleerly tools and resources for prior authorizations and appeals.
  • Assess payer mix and perform claim reviews to ensure proper billing and coding.
  • Develop and share best practices with internal team regarding billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders regarding real?world access barriers and market dynamics.


Requirements
  • Associates degree in a medical or science?related field; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Billing and coding expertise in radiology or cardiology.
  • Certified Professional Coder (or equivalent) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of billing and coding experience in an office, hospital outpatient, or IDTF setting.
  • Experience interpreting medical coverage policies to understand and communicate clinical criteria and billing/coding requirements.
  • Outstanding knowledge of U.S. billing and coding systems for both commercial and government payers.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of billing and coding workflow in all sites of care, including EMR/billing software.
  • Must live near a major airport in the eastern half of the United States.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75?% of the time.


Compensation

Total Target Compensation (TTC): $127?k??$164?k (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.).
