NXGen Fitness is hiring an experienced, Certified Personal Trainer. Please apply only if you meet the qualifications below.

Locations:

• Portland, ME
• Scarborough, ME
  (Candidates may train in one or both locations based on scheduling needs.)

About the role:

• Work with a wide range of clients with varying needs and experience levels
• Build and maintain a full training schedule
• Perform consultations, assessments, and pre-screening
• Provide safe, effective, and engaging training sessions

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing a full client load (20+ sessions per week)
• Experience working with diverse populations and goals
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Open availability and flexibility in scheduling
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving
• Self-driven and motivated to build clientele
• Someone seeking commitment and longevity with NXGen

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a personal trainer with a full client roster
• Experience conducting consultations and pre-screens
• Current personal training certification and CPR/AED

We are not hiring entry-level trainers for this position at this time. This role is for individuals with real-world experience, open availability, and readiness to manage 20+ sessions weekly.
