What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle (360) recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-impact hiring solutions. Drawing on your experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, you will build strong client relationships, develop a deep understanding of market trends, and drive revenue growth. Who We're Looking For We are seeking professionals with at least one year of experience in one of the following areas: Recruitment – Agency or in-house experience, particularly in executive search, technology, or financial services. Sales or Business Development – Proven ability to build relationships, manage pipelines, and close deals. Marketing – Strong client engagement and communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
