Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Estimator with a focus on underground wet utilities to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of underground wet utilities projects including water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and bids.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Preferred)
• Proven experience in project management and estimating within the wet utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with bidding processes and scheduling techniques.
