We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented early career professional to join our Community Development team in our Kennebunk, ME office beginning in December-an ideal opportunity for December 2025 graduates! Work as a member of a team on projects including land development; urban infill and redevelopment, municipal projects, mixed-use commercial/residential, educational facilities, permitting, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Design site layout, grading, utilities, and erosion & sediment controls
- Design stormwater management systems
- Assist in preparing design drawings and reports
- Conduct fieldwork for site assessments and data collection
- Oversee construction activities and ensure project compliance
- Assist in the preparation and writing of permits
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with construction oversight is a plus!
- EIT registration preferred
- Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus!
