Interstellr is a event based marketing firm specializing in bridging the gap between our clients and their consumer base. We are in need of an energetic go-getter to join our Business and Brand Management team. The ideal candidate will fill an opening on our Business management team, working directly with team leads on all day-to-day operations. The Entry Level Business Management position provides hands-on training on everything from our marketing and sales strategies, to our community outreach initiatives and office administration.

Entry Level Business Management Responsibilities:

• Work side by side with senior management to learn all aspects of daily business operations
• Help facilitate sales and marketing strategies at community-based events
• Participate in daily training opportunities
• Participate in team meetings
• Stay up-to-date on how to best communicate new promotions

The Ideal Entry Level Business Management Trainee Will:

• Have a hunger to continuously challenge themselves to grow and learn how to communicate effectively.
• Have drive to become a natural leader and a team player
• Have a genuine interest in growing with a company
• Have a student mentality and constantly ask questions

Pay for this position is based on individual performance upon completion of training.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
