Job Description

Exxact Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, and results-driven individual for the “ Engineering Manager ” role. Exxact was founded in 1992 and has been quite successful in GPU systems and clusters, and AI markets.

Opportunities :

Responsibilities :

• Lead “system engineering” vision of the company
• Research, design, develop, validate, and support system solutions including servers, workstations, clusters, storage, networking, and services and support. 
• Work with the sales team on pre-sale support and after-sale support.
• Assist production in testing and validation, software installation, performance benchmarking, quality standards, and efficient processes.
• Innovate, refine, enhance, and optimize existing solution offerings.
• Keep abreast of products, technologies, trends, competition, differentiations, price/performance, and solutions meeting customers’ needs.

Qualifications :

• Able to lead, self-driven, and a team player
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a similar industry.
• Experienced in system platforms including platforms from Nvidia, AMD, Supermicro, Gigabyte, and Asus.
• Proficient in software knowledge including OS, Linux, firmware, drivers, programming languages, database, life sciences, and cluster management software.
• Strong leadership skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to details.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred.

Pay : Around $180,000.00 per year or higher. We match market rate based on your qualifications and experiences. This is a pivotal position in the company.

Supplemental Pay : Performance bonus and yearly bonus
