About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Director of Operations to oversee multiple high-volume fast food locations across a defined territory. This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and profitability across all units. The ideal candidate has a deep background in QSR leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong track record of leading multi-unit teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of [10–20+] locations, ensuring consistency in execution, guest satisfaction, and brand standards

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Area Coaches/General Managers to drive operational performance and leadership accountability

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial reports, and guest feedback to identify opportunities and implement strategic improvements

  • Own the region’s P&L — managing food cost, labor, controllables, and top-line growth

  • Partner with HR on staffing, training, succession planning, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, and development teams to roll out new initiatives

  • Act as a culture champion — promoting a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven environment

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of progressive leadership in a high-volume QSR or fast casual environment

  • Proven experience overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations (minimum 8–10 locations)

  • Strong P&L and financial acumen

  • Skilled in leading through Area Coaches/Area Managers

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of personal accountability and integrity

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
