Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is seeking a Delivery Driver for weekend afternoon shifts in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves working assigned routes with time-sensitive delivery requirements, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and timely, and complying with Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding patient information. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Responsibilities include determining the most efficient route, checking totes for completeness, delivering correct totes to facilities, exchanging emergency kits and IV boxes, picking up return items and refused medications, completing paperwork accurately, maintaining a pleasant demeanor with clients, collaborating with team members, monitoring vehicle maintenance, and complying with traffic and patient privacy rules. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a State Driver’s License, being 21 years or older, 2+ years of related experience (or advanced degree), advanced computer skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to use GPS and hands-free phones, and ability to read and follow directions in English. The work environment requires travel by ground and flexible hours.
