Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Giordano Garden Groceries
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage shipping and inventory, and ensure efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, team coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitor and maintain daily inventory levels of produce and packaging
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Accurately complete all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
• Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and on schedule
• Create, maintain, and implement daily driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routing
• Maintain a safe working environment and report any unsafe conditions or product/equipment damage
• Foster and uphold high standards of quality throughout the facility
• Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• 
  Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
• Skilled in using computer-based inventory systems and preparing reports
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to safe working practices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
