Creative Financial Staffing is working with a well established company to identify a Corporate Controller.

Duties of the Corporate Controller:

• Preparation of GAAP financial statements and supplemental financial reports for private equity (PE) owners, bank lenders, and Executive management.
• Management of all treasury and cash activities including borrowing funds, wiring of funds approval, etc.
• Lead the accounting team by bringing the technical know-how to interact and interface with auditors and continue to develop the accounting team.
• Interact effectively with all department leaders within the company, this role needs a desire to deepen relationships with internal and external partners of the organization.

What Qualifies you for the Corporate Controller Role?

• Detail orientated ability, but also having the big picture in mind and the ability to present financials to owners.
• Systems savvy abilities with Excel and middle to large size ERP systems.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and lead process improvements.
• Microsoft Dynamics GP, or a larger ERP System such as SAP
• Big 4 or Mid-Tier Public Accounting experience, a CPA
• Knowledge of the following industries: Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Automotive, Distribution industries desired.

Annual Total Cash Compensation: ~$ 125,000 to 145,000
