Retriever Aquatic Club (RAC), located at UMBC is seeking a part-time swim coaches to lead a groups of Age Group (8-12 years old), Junior (9-14 year old), or senior (12-18 year old) swimmers. This is a great opportunity to lead a group of young, enthusiastic swimmers. We are looking for coaches who bring experience, energy and enthusiasm for teaching beginning to advanced fundamentals of swimming and growing the whole swimmer. Qualifications: Coaching Membership in good standing with USA swimming.
Red Cross Certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR and First Aid 2 or more years of previous coaching experience, preferably at the Club level. Knowledge of TeamUnify preferred.
Ability to instruct swimmers of all ages on proper stroke technique, strength and conditioning, and goal setting and create a positive learning environment.
