Chiropractor Cape Coral FL Remote-Telehealth options! We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Cape Coral FL. Ideally, we are seeking someone who can multitask, is fun, very outgoing, positive, and a people-person, who truly wants to help people get healthy. Must have great communication and social skills along with having a professional attitude and strong attention to details. telehealth/remotely (after initial training in the office) and 2 hr treatment times per patient so you have an extended period with each patient. The incoming Chiropractor will be working with federal workers compensation patients, helping them to reach their health goals!
This is a rehab/therapy position only with no manual adjusting. About us: For over 12 years, we have been committed to helping the people of Cape Coral improve their health and well-being. We have an outstanding and well-respected team of a chiropractor, therapists, providers, and support staff and we collaborate with each other and the patients to give our patients the best care that they need and deserve! Some of the services that we offer our patients include chiropractic care, physical therapy, wound care, lifestyle advice, nutritional counseling, and rehabilitation.
Duties: - Patient Evaluation including initial exams (medical history, physical exam, and review pertinent documents/reports/imaging)
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on the physician's diagnosis, patient assessment, and accepted conditions.
- Focus all treatment on functional recovery, improvement of activities of daily living (ADLs), and return-to-work goals
- Patient education and instruction on benefits of continued therapy, lifestyle modifications, home care and therapies
- Documentation/progress notes- computer entry for daily notes
- Collaboration with colleagues and staff for high quality patient care
- Frequent progress checks/patient re-evaluations to ensure goals are being met
- Coordinate with the other providers and treating physician to aid in Narrative Reports
- Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss patient progress and necessary modifications to care.
- Participate in regular internal audits and peer reviews.
- Attend periodic compliance trainings and clinical meetings.
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Chiropractor License in FL
- Willingness to solely perform therapy/rehabilitation
- Ability to come in person to our office for training
Schedule: - Full time (Mon-Friday -35-40 hours per week)
Compensation: - Potentially $83k-$104k (Depending on hours worked and experience)
