Job Description

Position Summary

The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy that drives brand growth, guest traffic, digital engagement, and loyalty. This role requires a proven leader with deep restaurant or consumer brand experience, who can scale marketing efforts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the brand architecture and positioning for all restaurant concepts within the portfolio.

  • Digital Marketing & Media: Lead digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social media strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Local Store Marketing: Develop and support store-level marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales at the unit level.

  • Menu & Product Launches: Partner with culinary and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies for LTOs, new menu items, and product innovation.

  • Customer Insights: Leverage guest data and market research to inform marketing strategies and optimize spend.

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team including brand, digital, creative, and PR functions.

  • Partnerships & PR: Manage public relations, brand partnerships, and influencer/celebrity collaborations.

  • Franchise Support (if applicable): Provide tools and marketing support for franchise partners to execute campaigns and initiatives consistently.

  • Performance & Analytics: Own marketing KPIs and analytics to track ROI and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in the restaurant, hospitality, or consumer brand space.

  • Experience with both corporate and franchise models is a plus.

  • Proven ability to scale brand and customer growth across multiple channels.

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital media, and emerging trends.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Results-driven with an analytical mindset and experience managing sizable budgets.
