1st Year Compensation $220,000 OTE
($180k Base + Incentives + Benefits)

The core of their activities will be optimizing schedule As, negotiating contracts, leading financing for future projects, financial forecasting and diving into data to make the decisions for the future.

• Companies’ Bookkeeping and Reporting

  • Business Cashflow Management
  • Residual Management
  • Extract, transform, load data & calculate residuals (adjusting and managing process)
  • Payout residuals
  • Residual Audits with ISOs / Banks

• Company Financial Planning

  • Tax Preparation (with a CPA)
  • Strategic decision making advice
  • Compensation plan creation & management

• Company Financial Forecasting

  • Extrapolating future revenue based on
  • Outbound sales metrics
  • Gateway “leading” indicators
  • Company KPIs
  • Reporting on underperforming accounts

• Company Asset Productions

  • Insurance policy management and implementation
  • Legal entity structure and maintenance

• Owner Personal Finances

  • Personal Cashflow Management

  • Insurance policy management and implementation

  • Property Management

    • Insurance
    • Utilities
    • Agreement Reviews

• Strategic Planning

  • Fundraising, financing, lending

• Tax Preparation (with a CPA)

• Miscellaneous check writing

• Real Estate Management

  • Monthly or Quarterly P&Ls
  • Annual tax disputes

• ISO & Bank Financial Relationship

  • Annual contract reviews
  • Quarterly scrub of all accounts
    • Paid what we should be & no negatives
    • QA ISO pricing relative to EPD set pricing

Who You Are

• You have a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other Quantitative areas of study. Masters’ degree/MBA or CPA is preferred
• You have a Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in higher level accounting position
• You have strong proficiency in Xero to maintain statements, cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as processing payroll
• You have advanced excel skills – You have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours organizing data, performing analysis and presenting findings in excel. You probably rarely use a mouse and excel best practices are second nature
• You have expertise in financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
• You have demonstrated leadership skills, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done-done-done, and commitment to challenging the status-quo to make things better
• You have expertise in debt and equity structures
• You have expertise in compensation plan structure, creation and reporting
• You are willing to roll up sleeves and do the work
• You have exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• You are highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional communications skills. We value candor, constant feedback and constructive debateYou have excellent understanding of the planning process, business modeling, cash management and controls
• You have excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• You are a quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• You MUST have a deep understanding of accounting
• You MUST have basics of finance and ideally more than just basics

Preferred

• Basic database management experience.
