About the Role
The Company is in search of a dual-role leader to serve as an HR Director and CFO. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and leading the policies and activities of the human resources and business departments. This dynamic and results-oriented individual will be responsible for a range of leadership duties, including recruiting, onboarding, and managing the performance of staff, as well as handling financial tasks such as budget development, financial strategy execution, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives and foster collaboration, particularly in the educational or non-profit sector.
Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience in HR management, a four-year degree or relevant work experience in a related field, and a proven track record in finance and HR leadership. The position demands a high level of skill in communication, interpersonal relations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance, as well as strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date employee records, processing payroll, and overseeing benefit enrollment.
