About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven leadership development business. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth, enhancing sales and client services, and unifying product offerings. This role involves developing and executing a roadmap for annual revenue growth, restructuring the sales team for improved effectiveness, and enhancing cross-selling capabilities. The CEO will also be responsible for developing a cohesive go-to-market strategy, inspiring the team, and preparing the company for a successful sale in partnership with a private equity firm. The ideal CEO for this role at the company will be a results-driven and inspirational leader with deep expertise in the knowledge sector, particularly in selling to HR and L&D departments at large enterprises. They should have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, cross-selling, and expanding client relationships, as well as previous executive leadership experience. Experience in a PE-backed environment and a strong understanding of board management are also essential. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and energize a mission-driven team.
