With three thriving locations in Northeast Ohio and ambitious plans to expand, we're looking for a Certified Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach who's ready to make a meaningful impact, grow alongside our team, and become an integral part of our community.

What We're Looking For: CPT Certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
Passion for holistic wellness (nutrition, stress management, mindset coaching)
A results-first mindset with a focus on long-term client success
Comfort and enthusiasm for social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Ability to build genuine relationships and act as a trusted advisor for clients
Adaptability and coachability - open to growth, feedback, and new challenges
Strong communication and technology skills for tracking progress and client engagement

What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver personalized training programs aligned with client goals
- Provide holistic coaching on nutrition, stress management, mindset, and overall wellness
- Serve as an accountability partner to ensure client consistency and motivation
- Track and measure client progress using our custom coaching app
- Create engaging social media content to showcase your expertise and inspire others
- Collaborate with our team on client success strategies and team training sessions
- Be a brand ambassador for Zero Doubt Club inside and outside the studio
