Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by educating patients on products and assisting them in making informed purchases.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.

• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of our medical cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.

• Ensure compliance with all local and state medical cannabis regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and product displays.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior sales or budtending experience is preferred.

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for the cannabis industry.

• Must be able to pass a background check—no felonies permitted.

• Must pass training in compliance with new DC medical cannabis laws.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be 21 years or older.
