We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Richfield, Ohio. This contract to permanent position offers flexibility with both ongoing and part-time options. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reconciliation, coupled with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Process payroll for employees while adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain and update financial data.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions for audit purposes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
