Job Description:

Responsible for using AMI's proprietary software (temNOW) to allocate invoices to appropriate Accounting General Ledger codes. Will communicate with AMI's clients to effectively and accurately allocate client invoices

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with client finance teams to perform high-volume daily bookkeeping activities, with additional duties over time
• Verify, allocate and post details of invoices to AMI's temNOW system
• Prepare and import journal entries to record local checks, credit card transactions, and other items
• Compile financial reports for finance team, such as cash accounts payable, invoice statements and other items related to practice operations
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
