Are you looking for a role where you can positively influence your patients' lives? The Treetop in Colorado is searching for a hybrid, part-time, or full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated human services team.
WHAT'S THE SCOPE? We proudly provide our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts - BCBAs a competitive salary ranging from
$85,000 to $95,000, with up to $10,000 in bonus opportunities . Our human services team also receives these excellent benefits:

- Supervision hours for indirect and direct hours to meet the BACB requirements
This hybrid BCBA can work
part-time or full-time with the necessary flexibility .
YOUR DAY AS A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST - BCBA As a hyrbrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you embrace each day as a chance to create a genuine impact in the lives of children with autism. Your morning starts by diving into client assessments and meticulously crafting personalized treatment plans catering to their needs. Throughout the day, you serve as the guiding force for our team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch ABA therapy services and building strong connections with families. You meticulously analyze behavioral data to offer valuable insights on enhancing interventions and strategies, all while providing crucial mentorship and supervision to ensure unparalleled clinical outcomes. Every interaction is a dedication to enriching lives and fostering progress, showcasing our unwavering dedication to excellence in every facet of care.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR OUR BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST - BCBA?- Current BCBA certification
- Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
- Ability to write complex behavior support plans
- Strong communication skills, including intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
- Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
