InGenesis is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service to patients at the front desk.

Job Duties:
· Provides support and assistance to patient registration clerks with patient issues.
· Provides department orientations and assists in training new team members.
· Creates weekly staff schedules for approval by the supervisor.
· Assists with inventory and supply ordering, reporting, and special projects.
· Registers patients for appointments, certifying eligibility, and opening medical encounters.
· Verifies current program eligibility, calculates charges, and collects payments.
· Performs phone receptionist duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of six months customer service experience in medical office setting, or other similar office experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
· Foreign language skill required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook and the Internet.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Lead or supervisory experience .
· Community or public health experience .
· Medical practice management program .
