Jerrod Novodoczky - State Farm Agency, located in Temecula, CA has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. We are looking for an experienced sales professional preferably with sales experience in insurance, financial services or a related field. Must have good time management and organizational skills to be successful in this role. Must have an active CA Property and Casualty and Life and Health license prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Insurance Sales Experience or sales experience in a related field.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license required
• Life & Health license required
