Position Overview:
As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of behavioral services while ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting goal-focused observations, evaluations, and providing constructive feedback on behavioral service implementation in person.
Developing and implementing tailored behavioral and educational methods to enhance skills, utilizing methodologies such as PEAK, DTT, token economy, PECS, and task analysis.
Analyzing client progress data to enhance socially significant behaviors and creating individualized programs to address unique deficits and needs.
Collaborating with assessors to ensure compliance with ABA age guidelines for comprehensive care planning.
Ensuring timely development and organization of client-specific programs, including data tracking, procedure guides, and daily summaries.
Facilitating and participating in team meetings, tracking ABA contract fulfillment, and providing training to staff on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Providing ongoing training to BCBAs and staff on program implementation, current autism research, and professional conduct.
Collaborating with caregivers/parents to create materials and supporting them in applying goals during sessions.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
BCBA certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with children/parents with disabilities.
Proficiency in supervising, training, and mentoring staff in ABA settings.
Strong understanding of advanced ABA principles and experience conducting functional behavioral analyses.
Knowledge of developmental milestones from ages 12 months to 18 years.
Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse families in various socioeconomic settings.
Comfortable working in homes with limited resources and flexible scheduling requirements.
