Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading infrastructure investor backed by one of the world's largest alternatives investors. They are hiring an Investment Associate for their growing North American team, focusing on essential core infrastructure investment mandates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and modeling for core infrastructure investments across a wide array of assets including energy, transmission, utilities, social, digital infrastructure, and transportation Prepare investment memoranda and committee presentations Perform due diligence on operational and development-stage infrastructure assets Support portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives across diversified infrastructure portfolio Requirements: ~2-4 years infrastructure investment, project finance, investment banking, or related experience ~ Strong understanding of core infrastructure assets ~ Experience with long-term infrastructure financial modeling ~ Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
