Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and sales intelligence platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance tool functionality and usability. Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, considering compliance requirements. Provide user support and create documentation for sales processes and data inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for potential enhancements. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in product management, sales operations, or business analytics. Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement tools. Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools like Tableau or SQL. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with automation and workflow integration tools. Experience with agile methodologies. Passion for leveraging technology to improve sales outcomes. Benefits and Compensation The base salary range for this role in Chicago, IL, is $75,000 to $120,000.
